As I had wrote before, I found a workaround to cheat the agent who scans for applications which are not allowed… but.. I receveided an e-mail from the security officer (original is in dutch):
Out of the SMS-report whe noticed that their are applications installed on computer XXXXXXX which are not allowed.
The applications concerned are:
Ethereal 0.99.0
We ask you friendly but insistently to remove these
applications from your workstation, because it could harm
the confidentially, continuation or integrity of our ICT-infrastructure.
It could be, that they scanned the system while I was reverse engineering the agent… I don’t know… But I removed the tool (ethereal)…
