As I had wrote before I am looking for a good License for the tools I develop in the hours of my boss.
A few minutes ago I sent my manager a proposal with four types of licenses:
Personal I think a modified Apache license would be the best, with some extra restrictions like:
“You are not allowed to mention the name of {COMPANYNAME} to promote your services or products.”
But… at this moment… the mail arrived in the mailbox of my manager… so he can have a first look to it.
